Key Responsibilities:1. Perform FTTH installations , including fiber optic cable splicing, termination, and ONT/router setup.

- Conduct site surveys and assess installation requirements.
- Run and secure fiber optic cables both indoors and outdoors (aerial and underground).
- Configure customer equipment such as routers, modems, ONTs, and Wi-Fi systems.
- Use testing tools (e.g., OTDR, power meter) to verify signal integrity and connection quality.
- Diagnose and repair fiber-related issues, both remotely and on-site.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and service calls.
- Ensure work complies with company standards, safety regulations, and customer expectations.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding services, usage, and troubleshooting.




- Work collaboratively with network engineers and support teams. Requirements:l Proven experience as a fiber optic or broadband technician (preferably FTTH). Robust understanding of fiber optics, networking, and telecommunication systems.

Familiarity with FTTH technologies : GPON, EPON, ONT/OLT, splicing techniques. Ability to read and interpret network diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals. Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces. Interested candidates pelase share resume [email protected]/ (phone hidden)
