We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Field Supervisor to oversee field activities, manage field staff, monitor work progress, and ensure that operations are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily field operations and activities.
- Assign work to field staff and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, productivity, and performance.
- Visit field locations regularly to inspect work and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure work is carried out according to company procedures and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the Operations Manager and other departments regarding field requirements.
- Maintain daily field reports, attendance records, work progress reports, and other documentation.
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, materials, and company resources.
- Identify field-level problems and take appropriate corrective action.
- Train and guide field employees on work procedures, safety, and company policies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational guidelines.
- Handle customer/client or site-related concerns and escalate major issues to management.




- Monitor project/work-site progress and report delays or challenges.
- Support management in improving field productivity and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate / Diploma / 12th pass, depending on the nature of the work.
- 2–5 years of relevant field experience preferred.
- Previous experience managing or supervising field teams.
- Valuable communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel to different field locations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
- Good problem-solving and team-management abilities.
