Key Responsibilities: Perform installation, commissioning, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of Ambient Air Quality Analyzers, Online Gas Analyzers, and related analytical instrumentation. Work at customer facilities across Refinery, Petrochemical, Power Plant, Cement, Chemical, and Waste Management industries. Work closely with senior engineers and project teams to ensure installations comply with technical specifications, quality standards, project requirements, and site safety procedures.

Develop practical knowledge of instrument wiring, tubing, sampling systems, signal connections, communication interfaces, and analytical equipment. Assist in troubleshooting analyzers, sampling systems, instrumentation devices, and associated control systems. Support customers by explaining equipment operation, troubleshooting procedures, preventive maintenance, and recommended operating practices.

Provide and learn remote technical support, including diagnostic tools and systematic troubleshooting methods.



Support the service team in minimizing equipment downtime by responding to customer issues and providing timely technical assistance. Maintain accurate records of installation, commissioning, calibration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and service activities.

Prepare daily site reports, service reports, commissioning reports, and project documentation. Coordinate professionally with customers, contractors, project teams, vendors, and senior engineers. Follow all applicable HSE requirements, work permit procedures, site safety rules, and customer safety standards.

Provide regular updates to the reporting manager regarding project progress, technical challenges, pending activities, and completion status. Be willing to undertake extensive travel across PAN India for installation, commissioning, service, and maintenance activities. Role & responsibilities
