Position: Service Engineer

Location: Paschim Medinipur

We are International Earthmovers, an Authorized Dealer of Tata Hitachi, specializing in construction equipment like excavators, backhoe loaders, and wheel loaders. We also provide high-quality machines reliable after-sales services and genuine parts. Our goal is to deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with our clients.

Role Description

- Provide on-site service and maintenance for machines/ equipement
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair machinery issues efficiently.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers in the southern part of West Bengal.
- Maintain service records and prepare detailed reports on machinery performance.
- Collaborate with the service team to improve operational efficiency.
- Actively promote service-related products and support to customers.

Qualifications

- Education:



ITI or Diploma in a relevant field (Mechanical, Automobile, or Electrical preferred).
- Experience: Candidates with prior experience in the construction equipment industry are preferred. Freshers are also welcome to apply.
- Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong dedication to customer service and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with the local customer base in the southern part of West Bengal.
- Ability to handle work pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
