Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Service Engineer to join our technical service team. The candidate will be responsible for installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and technical support of medical equipment at customer locations.

The ideal candidate should have solid technical knowledge, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, test, and maintain medical equipment at customer locations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical, electrical, and equipment-related issues.
- Attend customer service calls and provide timely technical support.
- Perform preventive maintenance and regular equipment inspections.




- Prepare service reports and maintain proper service documentation.
- Travel to customer locations for installation, maintenance, repair, and product support

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Biomedical, Mechanical, or a related technical field.
- 1–3 years of experience in service engineering, preferably in medical equipment or healthcare technology.
- Good knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical, and basic troubleshooting concepts.
- Valid driving licence is preferred.
