? **About the Role

AeroX Ind ustries is looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join our growing sales team.

The sele c ted candidates will be responsible for developing new customers, visiting businesses, promoting AeroX products, generating sales leads, and building long-term customer relationships.

? **Key Responsibilities

- Visitp otential customers and businesses to introduce AeroX Industries products. Generat e new leads and convert them into customers. Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers. Promote and sell AeroX automotive, industrial and maintenance products. Identif y new market opportunities and potential dealers/distributors. Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication. Achieve assigned sales targets. Maintai n daily/weekly records of customer visits, leads and sales. Coordin ate with the internal sales team for orders and customer requirements.* Collect market feedback and information about competitors and pricing.

Experie nced sales professionals are welcome. Candida tes from Automotive, Industrial, Lubricants, Hardware, Manufacturing or FMCG sales backgrounds may be preferred. Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate. Positive co mmunication and interpersonal skills. Comfort able with field visits and meeting customers. Basic k nowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and Google Maps.* Valid t wo-wheeler and driving licence is preferred.

? **Salary & Incentives
- Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month** Perform ance-based incentives* Travel/

field allowance: As per company policy* Growth opportunities based on performance
