UGO Generic is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell generic pharmaceutical products. The candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with doctors, pharmacies, distributors, and healthcare professionals while achieving sales targets and expanding the company's market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote UGO Generic pharmaceutical products to clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.
- Increase product awareness through regular field visits.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with retailers, chemists, stockists, and distributors.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the company.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Conduct product presentations and effectively communicate product benefits.
- Ensure product availability at pharmacies and distributor points.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor information,
and customer feedback.
- Submit daily call reports, expense reports, and sales updates to the reporting manager.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Candidates with experience as a Medical Representative or in pharmaceutical sales will be preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.
