Salary: ₹5,000 – ₹20,000 per month / Final salary will depend on the candidate's experience, skills, interview performance, and suitability for the role.

About the Role

We are looking for energetic and motivated Sales Executives to join our growing team in Lucknow.

The ideal candidate should be confident, comfortable communicating with customers, and willing to actively generate new business. Freshers are welcome to apply, while candidates with 2–5 years of sales experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, direct sales, and other channels.
- Generate current leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Explain products/services clearly and address customer questions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct door-to-door sales and customer visits when required.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
- Meet individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain basic records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Provide regular updates to the sales manager/team.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in any of the following areas will have an advantage:
- Door-to-door / Field Sales
- Direct selling or B2C sales
- Customer acquisition




- Car wash / Automobile / Auto detailing industry sales
- Service-based business sales
- Lead generation and conversion

Who Can Apply? Freshers: Candidates with good communication skills, confidence, and a willingness to learn are welcome.

Experienced Candidates: 2–5 years of sales experience in field sales, direct sales, B2C sales, automobile services, or related industries are preferred.
