Candidate Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in the footwear industry as a Salesman or Sales Executive. Strong knowledge of the Indian footwear market and dealer/distributor network. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Willingness to travel extensively across India. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
