- Field Sales Executive – EV Charging Infrastructure

- Flash Powertech is looking for a confident and energetic Field Sales Executive to help us expand our EV charging network across Surat.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Identify residential societies and potential customers across Surat.

- Visit societies and meet society committee members, facility managers and decision-makers.

- Generate new leads through cold calling, field visits, references and other channels.

- Present Flash Powertech’s EV charging solutions.

- Schedule meetings and site visits with prospective clients.

- Handle customer questions and objections.

- Follow up regularly with prospects and convert leads into business.

- Maintain daily records of leads, meetings and follow-ups.

- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

- What We Are Looking For:
- 0–3 years of experience in field sales/business development preferred.





- Freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in sales can also apply.

- Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi; English is an advantage.

- Comfortable with daily field visits and meeting new people.

- Confident, outgoing and target-oriented.

- Good knowledge of Surat.

- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

- Experience in B2B sales, real estate, solar, electrical products, telecom or facility management will be an advantage.

- EV experience is not required. Training will be provided.
