About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and confident Field Sales Executive who can visit dry cleaning and laundry businesses, understand their daily operations, introduce our software solution, provide product demonstrations, and convert prospects into customers.

This is a shop-to-shop field sales role. You will regularly meet dry cleaners, laundry owners, garment care businesses, and laundry shop managers in person. The ideal candidate should enjoy meeting business owners, communicating with them, understanding their problems, and explaining how technology can make their business easier to manage.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit dry cleaning and laundry shops on a daily basis and generate new leads.
- Meet directly with dry cleaner and laundry shop owners/managers.
- Understand their current billing, order management, customer management, delivery, payment, and business processes.
- Introduce and explain BilloraOne Dry Cleaning & Laundry Software.
- Conduct software demonstrations at customer locations.
- Explain software features, benefits, pricing, and subscription plans.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Follow up with interested prospects through phone, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers.
- Coordinate with the implementation/support team when a customer purchases the software.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for additional services.
- Maintain daily records of shop visits, leads, follow-ups, demos, and sales.
- Achieve assigned weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Collect feedback from dry cleaners and share customer requirements with the product/team.
- Continuously learn about the product and stay updated with new features.





What We Are Looking For =====

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking directly with shop owners and business managers.
- Confident personality with the ability to start conversations with new people.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to explain software in simple, non-technical language.
- Willingness to travel locally and visit multiple shops every day.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Good follow-up discipline.
- Basic knowledge of computers, smartphones, WhatsApp, and web applications.
- Previous experience in field sales, B2B sales, POS/software sales, or FMCG sales is an advantage.
- Experience working with dry cleaners, laundries, garment care businesses, or retail shops will be highly preferred.
