Salary: ₹35,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and target-oriented Field Fundraising Executive to support our NGO's fundraising campaigns and community engagement initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with individuals, businesses, donors, and other stakeholders to generate fundraising support and create awareness about the organization's social-impact initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and execute field fundraising campaigns for various NGO initiatives.
- Approach and engage with individuals, local businesses, and corporate representatives for fundraising support.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential donors.
- Promote organizational campaigns and create awareness about social-impact initiatives.
- Coordinate with field executives, volunteers, and internal teams during fundraising activities.
- Plan and manage on-ground fundraising activities across assigned locations.
- Identify and follow up with potential donors and fundraising leads.
- Maintain accurate donor records and prepare daily/weekly fundraising reports.
- Represent the organization professionally during events, campaigns, and field activities.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly fundraising targets.




- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth execution of fundraising campaigns.
- Handle donor queries professionally and ensure a positive donor experience.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field fundraising, direct sales, B2C sales, customer acquisition, or related roles.
- Candidates with NGO fundraising or team-handling experience will be preferred.
- Comfortable with field visits and local travel.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and confident in approaching people.
- Ability to build relationships and engage effectively with donors.
- Good coordination and reporting skills.
- Passion for social impact, community engagement, and fundraising.
