Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies for residential/commercial real estate projects Generate and follow up on leads through calls, site visits, and digital channels Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends Plan and execute promotional campaigns, property launches, and events Coordinate with the digital marketing team for social media, online listings,
