About the Role

We are looking for a confident, energetic and target-oriented Field Fundraising Team Leader to lead and manage our on-ground fundraising team. The candidate will be responsible for achieving fundraising targets through effective team management, field supervision, donor engagement and performance monitoring.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a field-based environment, motivating team members and taking ownership of team performance and fundraising results.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, supervise and motivate a team of field fundraisers to achieve assigned targets.
- Plan and manage daily field activities to ensure smooth and productive operations.
- Set clear daily, weekly and monthly fundraising targets for the team.
- Monitor individual and team performance against assigned targets.
- Develop strategies to improve team productivity and fundraising conversions.
- Train and guide team members on effective communication, donor engagement and fundraising techniques.
- Actively participate in field activities and lead the team by example.
- Interact confidently with the public and explain the organisation's cause, projects and impact.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential donors.
- Ensure skilled, polite and ethical communication with donors and the public.
- Conduct daily team briefings and regular performance reviews.
- Identify performance gaps and provide appropriate coaching and support to team members.
- Handle field-level challenges and resolve team-related issues promptly.
- Ensure accurate collection, maintenance and regular updating of donor information.




- Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly fundraising performance reports to management.
- Coordinate with management regarding field requirements, team performance and target achievement.
- Ensure discipline, punctuality and professional conduct within the field team.
- Take ownership of achieving assigned fundraising targets through effective planning, supervision and team coordination.

Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in fundraising, field sales, direct sales, NGO or team-handling roles.
- Proven experience in achieving targets through team management.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Excellent convincing, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, polite and approachable personality.
- Strong target-oriented and performance-driven mindset.
- Ability to motivate, coach and manage a field team effectively.
- Good reporting, coordination and organisational skills.
- Comfortable working in a field-based environment.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet daily, weekly and monthly targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.

Preferred Candidate The ideal candidate should be energetic, confident and passionate about interacting with people. The candidate should have a proven ability to lead a field team, motivate team members, improve productivity and achieve fundraising targets through effective team management. Candidates with experience in field fundraising, direct sales, B2C sales, NGO fundraising, customer acquisition or team handling will be preferred.
