Core Responsibilities

- Install, configure, test, and maintain IT infrastructure at customer locations and onboard vessels.

- Manage and troubleshoot servers, virtual machines (VMs), domains, and Remote Desktop Services (RDS).

- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, routing, network connectivity, and other network issues.

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot firewalls and resolve connectivity and security issues.

- Support endpoint security, EDR, and antivirus installation and troubleshooting.

- Set up and troubleshoot computers, printers, scanners, and other IT hardware and peripherals.

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV systems, including cameras, NVR/DVR, PoE switches, and cabling.

- Handle onsite technical issues independently, coordinate with customers and internal teams, and provide timely issue resolution.

- Prepare installation, commissioning, and service reports and travel frequently to customer sites and vessels as required.
