We are hiring Desktop Support / Field Engineers to provide in office IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, network devices, and end-user systems across Reliance locations. Candidates should have strong troubleshooting skills and willingness to travel to client sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues.
- Support Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and basic networking.
- Troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity issues.
- Perform hardware replacement (RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, SMPS, keyboard, mouse).




- Install and configure antivirus and standard applications.
- Provide support for scanners, barcode printers, and POS devices.
- Coordinate with remote teams and vendors for issue resolution.
- Maintain service reports and update tickets in the ITSM tool.
- Provide field support across stores, offices, and warehouses.

Required Skills:
- Desktop and laptop troubleshooting

- Microsoft Office and Outlook support
- Basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN)
- Hardware installation and replacement
- Ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira)
