Role & responsibilities

We are looking for female Kannada,Tamil,Telugu,Malayalam,Marathi,Bengali,Punjabi and Gujarati full time trainers to conduct engaging and interactive language training sessions for learners across India and globally.

- Conduct engaging online 1:1 and group language training sessions through virtual platforms.
- Teach the respective regional language using English and Hindi as the primary medium of instruction.
- Follow Bhasha's prescribed curriculum, lesson plans, PPTs, training materials, and trainer guidelines.
- Teach vocabulary, grammar, sentence formation, pronunciation, and everyday conversations in a clear and structured manner.
- Adapt explanations and activities according to the learner's level while following the approved curriculum.
- Encourage learners to actively participate, practice speaking, and build confidence in the target language.
- Conduct classes as per the scheduled timings with professional punctuality and consistency.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to learners.
- Maintain accurate class records and complete required trainer documentation and updates.




- Coordinate with the Bhasha operations team regarding scheduling, learner requirements, progress, and other training-related matters.
- Attend trainer briefings, meetings, and quality reviews when required.
- Maintain a professional, interactive, and learner-friendly online classroom environment.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong fluency in at least one of the required regional languages.
- Positive English communication skills.
- Good Hindi communication skills.
- Strong teaching ability or good teaching potential.
- Full-time availability.
- Must have a personal laptop and stable internet connection.
- Prior teaching, tutoring, or language-training experience is preferred.
- Freshers may also apply if they demonstrate strong language proficiency, communication skills, and teaching potential.
- Experience conducting online 1:1 or group classes is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or similar online platforms is an advantage.
- Relevant educational qualification or certification in the respective language is an added advantage.
