- Perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for structural components and systems.
- Conduct Structural FEA including linear and nonlinear static analysis.
- Perform dynamic, modal, and vibration analysis to evaluate structural performance and behavior.
- Develop and execute simulation models using ANSYS Workbench and ANSYS APDL.
- Define appropriate material properties, boundary conditions, loads, contacts, and meshing strategies for FEA simulations.
- Analyze and interpret simulation results, identify critical areas, and provide engineering recommendations.
- Apply robust knowledge of Strength of Materials and Structural Mechanics to solve engineering problems.
- Perform static, dynamic, structural, and modal simulations as per project requirements.
- Validate and correlate simulation results where applicable and support design improvements.
- Prepare technical reports, simulation results, and engineering documentation.
- Work closely with design, product development, and engineering teams to resolve structural issues.
- Support design optimization and improvement based on simulation findings.
- Ensure simulation activities are completed within project timelines and quality requirements.
- Communicate technical findings clearly to internal stakeholders and project teams.
