Job Summary
Briyosis Soft Caps Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented F&D; Executive to join our formulation development team at our Jarod formulation plant. The candidate will be responsible for formulation development, optimization, trials, documentation, and coordination with Quality, Production, and other cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize pharmaceutical formulations as per product requirements.
- Plan and execute formulation development trials and laboratory batches.
- Conduct trials for process and formulation optimization.
- Prepare and maintain F&D; protocols, reports, batch records, and other technical documents.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Production, and other departments for development activities.
- Support scale-up and technology transfer activities from laboratory to commercial scale.
- Investigate formulation/process-related issues and assist in implementing corrective actions.
- Maintain proper laboratory records and ensure compliance with GMP and company procedures.
- Review stability study requirements and coordinate sample submission and documentation.
- Participate in preparation/review of product specifications and manufacturing-related documents.
- Ensure development activities are completed within defined timelines.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical formulation and manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of GMP, GLP, and pharmaceutical documentation.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to execute trials independently and maintain accurate records.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
