Job Title: F&B; Service Captain

Urgently looking for F&B; Service Captain and who can enthusiastically leading the team, supervising staff, handling guest complaints, managing inventory, and coordinating with the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

- Operational Supervision: Managing the dining area, ensuring smooth service flow, and conducting pre-shift briefings.
- Guest Service Excellence: Greeting guests, managing reservations, taking orders, and resolving complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Supervising, and mentoring servers and bussers, including creating duty rosters.
- Quality Control: Ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), hygiene, and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

- Experience:



Generally requires 1–3 years of experience in a supervisory role in F&B; service.
- Education: A diploma or degree in Hotel Management is often preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Location: Munnar, Kerala
- Salary: 20,000- 21,000 along with incentives
