We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic F&B; Executive. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent guest service, smooth day-to-day restaurant operations, and maintaining standards of quality and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and attend to guests in a courteous and qualified manner.
Take customer orders accurately and ensure timely service.
Explain menu items, recommend products, and assist customers with their selections.
Coordinate with the kitchen, service, and billing teams for smooth operations.
Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, hygiene, and overall outlet presentation.
Handle billing and cash/POS transactions accurately, as required.
Candidate Profile
Qualification- HS or Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
