Outlet Manager – Kulfilicious Responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the outlet, including:
- Managing staff, shifts and customer service
- Handling billing, cash and daily sales reports
- Monitoring stock, inventory and wastage
- Ensuring food quality, hygiene and outlet cleanliness
- Managing online orders and resolving customer concerns
- Outlet maintenance
Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in QSR, café or restaurant operations. Must be responsible, customer-friendly and willing to work adaptable shifts. Kannada speaking candidates will be preferred.
