We are looking for a polished, customer-focused and well-presented Service Manager to manage the complete client experience at our luxury real estate experience centre. The role will involve welcoming and assisting clients, coordinating property presentations and meetings, ensuring seamless hospitality and service, managing day-to-day front-of-house operations, and coordinating with the sales and management teams to ensure every client interaction reflects the highest standards of professionalism and luxury.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete client experience from arrival to departure.
- Welcome and assist HNI/UHNI clients and ensure personalised service.
- Coordinate client meetings, property presentations and site visits.
- Maintain impeccable standards of presentation, hospitality and service.
- Coordinate with sales, management and operations teams for smooth client handling.
- Manage refreshments, meeting rooms and other client requirements.
- Handle client queries professionally and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain daily service standards, centre readiness and operational discipline.
- Build strong relationships with clients and contribute to a premium brand experience.
Ideal Candidate:
- 2–5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, premium retail, real estate or a similar client-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed, confident and highly presentable.
- Strong attention to detail and a service-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable interacting with HNI/UHNI clients.
- Professional, composed and capable of handling multiple responsibilities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
