Industry: Sportswear & Sports-Related Wearable Products

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop creative and innovative designs for sportswear and wearable products.

- Create new concepts, styles, color combinations, and seasonal collections.

- Prepare design sketches, artwork, and technical specifications.

- Select suitable fabrics, trims, colors, prints, and materials for different products.

- Coordinate with the production and merchandising teams to ensure designs are developed accurately.

- Develop and review samples, making necessary design and fit improvements.

- Stay updated with the latest fashion, sportswear, fabric, color, and design trends.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 3–10 years of relevant experience in Fashion Designing / Sportswear / Apparel.





- Strong knowledge of sportswear and performance/wearable products.

- Hands-on experience with Sublimation Printing and understanding of sublimation artwork and production.

- Experience with Nits and related garment/product development processes.

- Positive understanding of fabrics, prints, stitching, finishing, fit, and garment construction.

- Strong sense of colors, patterns, styling, and current fashion trends.

- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
