Role & responsibilities

- Teach Human Resource Management subjects in the MBA Programme using classroom discussions, case studies, and practical examples.
- Prepare lesson plans, learning materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Mentor students and guide internships, projects, and dissertations in HR related areas.
- Support curriculum development and keep course content aligned with current industry practices.
- Contribute to research, publications, workshops, and other academic activities.
- Assist with departmental and institutional activities as required.

Preferred candidate profile
- Postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management, Management, or a closely related discipline.
- Teaching, research,



or relevant industry experience in HR is desirable.
- Sound knowledge of talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, employee relations, and organizational behaviour.
- Robust communication, presentation, and student mentoring skills.
- Ability to connect management concepts with practical workplace examples.
- Candidates with a Ph.D., NET qualification, or relevant academic publications will be preferred, subject to applicable institutional requirements.
