Eligibility Criteria

Assistant Professor

● Ph.D. from a reputable institute

● Minimum 3 years teaching experience

● Minimum 3 publications in Scopus / ABDC / ABS indexed journals

● Evidence of recent and consistent academic engagement

Associate Professor

● Ph.D. from a reputable institute

● Minimum 8 years teaching experience, including 5 years post-Ph.D.





● Minimum 7 publications in Scopus / ABDC / ABS indexed journals

● At least 1 publication in ABDC A / A / B category*

● Strong research continuity and academic contribution

Preferred Attributes

● Active involvement in research, doctoral mentoring, and project funding

● Engagement through editorial roles, awards, speaker invitations, or academic associations

● Industry collaboration, consultancy, or case writing contributions

● Ability to deliver engaging, inclusive, and technology-enabled teaching

● Strong student mentoring orientation and teamwork mindset
