Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and qualified Dialysis Faculty to train and mentor students pursuing Dialysis Technician courses. The faculty will be responsible for delivering theoretical and practical training, developing students’ clinical skills, and preparing them for employment in hospitals and dialysis centres.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct theory and practical classes for Dialysis Technician students.
- Teach subjects related to dialysis technology, renal anatomy and physiology, dialysis procedures, and patient care.
- Provide hands-on training on dialysis machines, equipment, and consumables.
- Demonstrate Hemodialysis procedures, machine preparation, priming, patient preparation, and post-dialysis care.
- Train students on infection prevention and control, biomedical waste management, and safety protocols.
- Explain management of common dialysis-related complications and emergency situations.
- Guide students on patient monitoring, vital signs, documentation, and maintaining dialysis records.
- Conduct practical demonstrations, assessments, tests, viva, and skill evaluations.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and examination papers.
- Monitor student attendance, academic performance, discipline, and practical competency.
- Coordinate with hospitals/dialysis centres for clinical exposure, internships, and practical training.
- Mentor students regarding career opportunities and workplace expectations.
- Maintain academic and practical training records as required by the institute.
- Ensure training is conducted according to institutional curriculum, clinical standards, and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc. in Dialysis Technology / B.Sc. Renal Dialysis Technology or equivalent qualification.
- Candidates with relevant Diploma in Dialysis Technology and substantial clinical experience may also be considered.
- Relevant hospital/dialysis-centre experience preferred.
- Prior teaching or training experience will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–2 years of relevant clinical experience in a dialysis unit preferred.
- Candidates with teaching/training experience in paramedical institutes will be preferred.

- Strong knowledge of dialysis procedures and equipment.

- Practical clinical knowledge and ability to demonstrate procedures.
- Student mentoring and counselling skills.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with hospital and academic teams.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
