About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager with strong experience in the Food Industry to manage the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility at Dalkhola, West Bengal.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in factory operations, production, manpower management, and workforce supervision, with the ability to manage a large team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee daily factory operations and production activities.
- Manage and supervise a workforce of approximately 200–300 labourers/workers.
- Ensure proper manpower allocation, attendance, productivity, and discipline.
- Supervise production processes and ensure timely achievement of production targets.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, Maintenance, Dispatch, and HR teams.
- Monitor raw material usage, production output, wastage, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, quality, and workplace safety standards.
- Handle day-to-day workforce and operational issues.
- Maintain daily production and manpower reports.




- Identify operational challenges and implement appropriate corrective measures.
- Ensure smooth functioning of the factory and adherence to company SOPs.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Food/FMCG manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in factory/plant operations.
- Experience managing 200–300 labourers/workers.
- Strong manpower and team-management skills.
- Experience in food processing, dry foods, makhana, spices, dry fruits, food grains, or similar industries will be preferred.
- Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidate should be comfortable working and staying at the Dalkhola factory location.
