The candidate will be responsible for production planning, manpower management, quality, maintenance coordination, safety, and ensuring smooth day-to-day factory operations.

Key Responsibilities - Manage and supervise day-to-day factory operations.

- Plan and monitor production schedules to achieve targets.
- Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
- Monitor production quality and minimize wastage and rejection.
- Manage and supervise factory workers and production teams.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure proper functioning of machinery.
- Monitor inventory of raw materials, finished goods, and production materials.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.




- Track production performance, productivity, and operational costs.
- Coordinate with purchase, stores, quality, sales, and other departments.
- Prepare and maintain production and factory-related reports.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and a safe working workplace.
- Drive continuous improvement in production processes and efficiency.

Requirements - B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant field.

- 5+ years of experience in factory/plant management preferred.
- Experience in the plastic manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of production processes and factory operations.
- Good leadership and manpower-management skills.
- Ability to handle production targets and operational challenges.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
