KK Product – Chappan Bhog Makhana is a leading name in the makhana industry, with a legacy of over four decades. The company is engaged in the sourcing, processing, roasting, manufacturing, packaging, and distribution of makhana.

We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to independently manage and oversee the complete operations of our manufacturing facility at Dalkhola, West Bengal.

Job Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end factory operations, including production, manpower, quality, inventory coordination, and daily administration.
- Handle a large workforce of approximately 400–500 labourers/workers.
- Manage and supervise a team of approximately 30–40 supervisors.
- Plan and monitor daily production activities and ensure achievement of production targets.
- Manage manpower allocation, attendance, shifts, productivity, discipline, and workforce utilization.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, Maintenance, Dispatch, and HR teams.
- Monitor raw material consumption, production output, wastage, and process efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, quality, and workplace safety standards.




- Identify operational issues and implement corrective measures to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Maintain daily production, manpower, and operational reports/MIS.
- Coordinate with senior management regarding production planning, manpower requirements, and operational performance.
- Ensure proper implementation of SOPs and factory processes.
- Handle day-to-day workforce and operational issues effectively.

Required Experience & Skills
- 8–10 years of experience in food manufacturing/FMCG operations.
- Experience in dry food industries such as:
- Makhana
- Spices
- Dry Fruits
- Food Grains
- Similar food-processing/manufacturing industries
- Proven experience in managing an entire factory/plant.
- Experience managing 400–500 workers/labourers or a comparable workforce.
- Experience managing a team of 30–40 supervisors.
- Robust knowledge of production planning, manpower management, quality, and factory operations.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team-management skills.
- Ability to independently manage factory operations and work in a manufacturing environment.
