Role Overview The Factory Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for the upkeep, reliability, and performance of Extruder and Injection Moulding machines at the Bhiwandi plant. This is a hands-on, floor-level role requiring strong technical troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, along with the ability to lead a small team of technicians and coordinate closely with Production to minimize downtime and keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance Extruder Machines & Injection Moulding Machines

1. Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance for Injection Moulding Machines and their auxiliaries,



ensuring maximum machine uptime.
2. Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults quickly and effectively to minimize production disruption.
3. Carry out basic electrical wiring and panel checks, and maintain sensors, motors, contactors, and control circuits in valuable working order.
4. Continuously monitor machine performance and take proactive steps to reduce breakdowns and downtime.
5. Conduct routine inspections, lubrication schedules, and other preventive maintenance activities as per plan.
6. Maintain accurate maintenance logs, breakdown reports, and track spare-parts requirements and consumption.
7. Enforce electrical and machine safety standards, 5S practices, and preventive maintenance discipline across the shop floor.
8. Supervise and guide maintenance technicians, and coordinate closely with the Production team to schedule timely maintenance without affecting output.

Requirement Profile

Qualification Diploma

Experience 3 Years

Skill Sets Basic Computer Knowledge and Excel. Safety focused.

Other Requirements Practical, ground-level knowledge of the machines and hands-on maintenance experience
