- Manage day-to-day HR operations at the factory.
- Handle end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including joining, documentation, confirmation, transfer and exit formalities.
- Manage attendance, leave, shift, overtime and payroll inputs.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR MIS and statutory documentation.
- Handle worker and staff grievance management and employee relations.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and recruitment.
- Support blue-collar hiring, onboarding and induction.
- Ensure timely completion of joining formalities and personnel documentation.
- Coordinate with payroll team for monthly payroll inputs, attendance and salary-related data.
- Handle factory-level labour law and statutory compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with external agencies, contractors and vendors wherever required.
- Support disciplinary actions, warning letters, show-cause notices and other employee-related documentation.
- Conduct and support employee engagement and HR initiatives at the factory.
- Coordinate with the Corporate HR team and ensure implementation of company HR policies and processes at the factory.
- Support HRMS/attendance system implementation and data management.
- Prepare and maintain regular HR reports and MIS for management.
### Candidate Profile:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR / Human Resources / Personnel Management.
- Relevant experience in Factory HR / Manufacturing HR.
- Positive understanding of labour laws, statutory compliance, attendance, payroll and employee relations.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day HR activities at a manufacturing location.
