About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility and ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained working environment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, vendor management skills, and experience in handling facility operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall facility operations, maintenance, and administration.
- Oversee, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and building management systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Manage housekeeping, security, cafeteria, transport, and other support services.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality service delivery.
- Prepare and manage facility budgets, expenses, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Conduct regular facility inspections and risk assessments.
- Handle audits, emergency response planning, and business continuity measures.
- Ensure timely closure of facility-related complaints and service requests.
- Drive workplace improvement initiatives to enhance employee experience.
- Good Knowledge of Security Guad Board.
- Robust knowledge of DG Set, UPS, HVAC, Electrical Systems, Fire & Safety, and Building Operations




- Experience in vendor management, budgeting, and contract administration
- Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Facilities Management.
