Sri Singhvi Health Center, Chennai is looking for a responsible and experienced Facility Manager to manage day-to-day hospital facility and maintenance activities.

Requirements:
- 2–5 years experience preferred
- Hospital facility management experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and maintenance work
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Responsible and qualified work attitude
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily hospital facility operations
- Coordinate electrical, plumbing and maintenance activities
- Monitor housekeeping and facility-related requirements
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
- Ensure proper maintenance of hospital equipment and infrastructure
- Handle daily maintenance issues and follow up on repairs
- Maintain facility-related records and reports
Qualification: Diploma / Any Degree
Shift: Rotational Shift
Languages: Tamil and English
