- Oversee daily operations of all technical facility systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, DG sets, UPS, lifts, STP/ETP, BMS, etc.).
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolutions.
- Monitor energy usage and implement energy-saving strategies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
