Role & responsibilities

- Prepare accurate cost estimates for facade and glazing projects.

- Review architectural drawings, specifications and project scope.

- Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs and rate analysis.

- Analyze material, labour and equipment requirements.

- Evaluate vendor/subcontractor quotations and prepare comparative statements.

- Coordinate with design, planning, procurement and site teams.

- Support tender preparation and commercial submissions.

- Monitor project costs and support cost-control initiatives.

- Ensure timely submission of estimates, revisions and related reports.
