Reporting To: Merchandising / Production Head

Role Purpose To source, develop, negotiate, and manage fabrics required for Hey Martina collections while ensuring the right quality, price, lead time, and availability.

Key Responsibilities

- Source fabrics as per approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
- Identify and develop reliable fabric suppliers and mills.
- Collect fabric swatches, samples, rates, MOQ, and lead-time details.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, MOQ, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain the Fabric Supplier & Fabric Master Database.
- Coordinate fabric approvals with Design, Merchandising, and Production teams.
- Ensure timely fabric booking and purchase for production.
- Track fabric orders from booking → production → dispatch → receipt.
- Verify fabric quality, GSM, composition, colour, width, shrinkage, and other specifications.
- Coordinate with vendors for shortages, quality issues, delays, and replacements.
- Maintain proper documentation of POs, invoices, test reports,



and fabric approvals.
- Support cost reduction and identify alternative fabrics without compromising product quality.
- Ensure fabrics are available as per the production calendar and launch deadlines.

Key Skills
- Fabric knowledge and textile sourcing experience.
- Robust vendor negotiation and communication skills.
- Understanding of GSM, composition, width, shrinkage, dyeing, printing, and finishing.
- Good Excel/Google Sheets and documentation skills.
- Strong follow-up and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work closely with Design, Merchandising, Production, and QC teams.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
