Job Summary

We are looking for an Export Sales & Marketing Executive to manage international sales activities, develop new customers, and support the company's export business. The candidate will communicate with overseas clients, generate new business opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle international sales and export enquiries from overseas customers.
- Identify and develop new international customers, distributors, and business opportunities.
- Communicate with international clients through Email, WhatsApp, calls, and online meetings.
- Prepare and share quotations, Proforma Invoices, product details, and price offers.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers for orders and payments.
- Maintain regular communication with international distributors and customers.
- Conduct basic market research to identify recent countries, markets, customers, and competitors.
- Support the company's export marketing activities and product promotion.
- Coordinate with the Production, Warehouse, Accounts,



and Logistics teams for order processing and dispatch.
- Maintain proper records of customers, enquiries, quotations, orders, and sales follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned export sales targets and maintain regular follow-ups.

Skills Required
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of Export Sales and International Marketing.
- Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Email.
- Ability to develop and maintain international customer relationships.
- Good understanding of sales targets and business development.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in any stream.
- 1–3 years of experience in Export Sales, International Sales, Business Development, or Marketing preferred.
- Experience in medical, surgical, healthcare, or medical-device products will be an advantage.

Salary: As per experience and skills Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
