Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Export Manager to lead and expand our shirting fabric business across key international markets, including Spain, Germany, France, the UK and/or the USA.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in international sales of shirting fabrics, with proven exposure to European and/or US fashion brands. The candidate should be comfortable travelling internationally, developing new business opportunities, and managing direct relationships with key customers and brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and grow the shirting fabric export business across Europe and/or the USA.
- Identify and establish relationships with international fashion brands, buying houses and customers.
- Handle business development, sales negotiations, pricing, order conversion and customer relationship management.
- Manage existing international accounts and develop long-term customer relationships.
- Regularly travel to European/US markets for customer meetings, business development and market visits.
- Understand international market trends, customer requirements and competitive landscape.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Design, Product Development, Merchandising, Production and Quality to ensure timely execution of orders.




- Drive sales targets, profitability and business growth in assigned markets.
- Generate new business through market research, networking, customer visits and industry contacts.
- Follow up on sampling, product development, order placement and delivery schedules.

Candidate Profile
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in international sales/export of shirting fabrics.
- Strong existing exposure to European and/or US fashion brands will be preferred.
- Proven experience in direct customer handling and business development.
- Willingness and ability to undertake frequent international travel.
- Strong understanding of shirting fabrics, product development, pricing and export processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Robust commercial orientation with the ability to independently develop markets and convert business opportunities.

Preferred Industry Background Candidates currently working or having prior experience with reputed shirting fabric mills/companies will be preferred, including:

Arvind Mills | SOKTAS | Morarjee | Tessitura Monti India and similar reputed shirting fabric manufacturers.
