Job Summary

We are looking for an Export Logistics Coordinator to manage export shipments, documentation, and logistics coordination. The candidate will coordinate with customers, freight forwarders, transporters, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of export orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate export orders, shipments, and dispatches.
- Prepare and maintain basic export documents such as PI, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and shipping documents.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, courier companies, and shipping agents.
- Track shipments and provide regular updates on delivery status.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, Warehouse, and Dispatch teams.
- Check shipment details, quantity, packing, weight, and other required information before dispatch.
- Maintain proper records of export orders, shipments, freight, and delivery status.
- Follow up on delayed shipments,



pending documents, and logistics-related issues.
- Handle customer queries related to shipment and delivery.

Skills Required
- Good knowledge of Export & Logistics processes.
- Basic knowledge of Export Documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Good follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Email.
- Positive English communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in any stream.
- 1–3 years of experience in Export, Logistics, Shipping, or a related field preferred.
- Freshers with relevant knowledge may also be considered.

Salary: As per experience and skills

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
