- Export Position: Export Executive We are looking for an experienced Export Executive who can independently manage and execute our export orders from buyer confirmation to shipment dispatch.

Key Responsibilities Manage export orders from start to shipment. Handle international buyer communication and follow-ups. Prepare and maintain complete export documentation.

Coordinate Commercial

Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, LC documents , etc. Coordinate with CHA, Customs, Freight Forwarders, Shipping Lines and Ports . Handle customs clearance and shipment-related documentation.

Coordinate container booking, stuffing, loading and dispatch. Track shipments and keep buyers updated. Coordinate with banks for export and LC-related documentation. Maintain proper records of all export shipments.





Ensure smooth movement of goods from factory to international buyer.

Requirements Experience in Export Documentation &

- Export Operations . Practical knowledge of Customs Clearance and CHA coordination . Positive English communication and email-writing skills. Knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets. Ability to independently handle export shipments.

Experience in Medical, Healthcare, Cotton, Textile, Pharma or similar exports will be preferred.

Work Model Hybrid: Office presence as required for operational work, with documentation, communication and follow-ups that can be managed remotely.
