Export
Operations
- Manage end-to-end export customs clearance activities.
- Coordinate with exporters, CHA staff, customs officials, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and transporters.
- Monitor shipment status from document receipt through customs clearance and cargo movement.
- Ensure timely filing of shipping bills and completion of customs formalities.
- Coordinate examination, assessment, query resolution, Let Export Order (LEO), and other customs processes.
- Monitor factory stuffing, container movement, port/CFS/ICD operations, as applicable.
- Handle operational issues and ensure timely resolution to avoid shipment delays.
- Track pending shipments and ensure proper follow-up with the concerned teams.

Export
Documentation
- Verify commercial invoices, packing lists, purchase orders, export contracts, certificates, and other shipment documents.
- Ensure accurate preparation and filing of shipping bills.
- Check HS classification, FOB value, quantity, description, drawback/benefit details, and other relevant declarations.
- Coordinate documentation required for various export schemes and incentives, wherever applicable.
- Verify customs documents and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Maintain proper records of shipping bills, supporting documents, examination reports, and clearance-related records.
- Ensure timely submission of documents to customers and concerned stakeholders.
3.
Customs
Compliance
- Ensure export shipments comply with applicable Customs regulations and procedures.
- Keep track of changes in customs procedures, notifications, circulars, and export documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with Customs officers and other regulatory authorities for queries and approvals.
- Ensure proper handling of customs queries, examination discrepancies, and document deficiencies.
- Minimize errors, penalties, delays, and compliance risks.
4. Team Management
- Supervise and guide export documentation and operations executives.
- Allocate work and monitor daily shipment activities.
- Review team performance, accuracy, and productivity.
- Train team members on export documentation and customs procedures.
- Ensure proper handover and communication between documentation and operations teams.
5.
Customer
Coordination
- Act as the primary operational contact for assigned export customers.
- Provide regular shipment updates and clearance status.
- Resolve customer queries related to documentation and customs clearance.
- Coordinate with customers for missing or incorrect documents.
- Maintain solid customer relationships through timely and accurate service.
6. MIS & Reporting
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly export operation reports.
- Monitor pending shipping bills, customs queries, examination, LEO, and other outstanding activities.
- Maintain shipment-wise documentation and operational records.
- Track turnaround time and identify recurring operational issues.
- Report delays, exceptions, and compliance concerns to management.
Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
