A proactive and detail-oriented professional who can independently manage tender opportunities and ensure timely and compliant submission of bids across multiple government and private platforms.
- Graduate in any discipline; relevant qualification in Business Administration/Commerce will be an advantage.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in tender management/bid management.
- Hands-on experience in Government as well as Private tender submissions.
- Positive working knowledge of Government e-Tendering and procurement portals.
- Familiarity with portals such as GeM, CPPP, state e-procurement portals, and other relevant tender portals.
- Strong knowledge of tender documentation, compliance, and bid submission procedures.
- Good command of MS Excel, MS Word, and PDF/document management tools.
- Excellent coordination, follow-up, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
