Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess robust communication skills,



a basic understanding of HTML, and a commitment to ensuring production quality standards are consistently met. As an Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations, managing processes, and supporting production needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and manage digital publishing tools and platforms to ensure the creation and production of high-quality e-publishing materials.
- Ensure e-publishing production adheres to deadlines and quality standards, including formatting, layout, and consistency.
- Use basic HTML to format and troubleshoot digital publications, ensuring content displays properly across devices and platforms.

- Communicate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth workflows and resolve any operational issues.
- Conduct quality checks on final digital outputs, including eBooks, articles, and other e-published content, to ensure they meet production specifications.
- Assist in the preparation, formatting, and optimization of content for various digital platforms (e.g., e-books, PDFs, online articles).
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies related to e-publishing and HTML to continuously improve work processes.

Key Skills:
- Attention to detail to maintain high production quality and ensure consistency across digital publications.
- Familiarity with e-publishing tools and platforms is a plus.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and departments.
- Basic knowledge of HTML (structure, tags, attributes) and its application in e-publishing formats.
