What You'll Drive

You will be responsible for managing the data, reporting, and analytics that support Viceroy's business, sales, and marketing teams. Your role will ensure that leadership has accurate, timely, and actionable information to make informed decisions.

Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other cross-functional teams, you will maintain reports, dashboards, and databases while helping track performance across leads, sales, inventory, collections, and key business metrics.

Key Responsibilities

MIS Reporting & Data Management

- Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports covering leads, site visits, bookings, collections, inventory, and sales performance.
- Maintain and update business databases, trackers, and reporting formats.
- Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Perform regular data validation and quality checks.
- Generate ad-hoc reports and analysis as required by management.
- Ensure timely availability of accurate business information for decision-making.

Dashboard & Performance Tracking

- Maintain dashboards tracking sales, collections, inventory, lead generation, and conversion metrics.
- Monitor key business KPIs and highlight trends, gaps, and variances.
- Track achievement against sales targets and business goals.
- Support management reviews through timely reporting and performance updates.




- Assist in building reporting tools that improve visibility into business performance.

Sales & Marketing Analytics

- Track lead generation, campaign performance, site visits, bookings, inventory movement, and sales conversions.
- Monitor lead source effectiveness and marketing performance metrics.
- Support analysis of sales funnel performance, absorption rates, sales velocity, and booking trends.
- Prepare regular reports highlighting business performance and key insights.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve sales effectiveness and operational efficiency through data-driven analysis.

Data Governance & Reporting Excellence

- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of business data across reports and dashboards.
- Maintain reporting templates, trackers, and standardized MIS formats.
- Perform regular data audits and validations.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other stakeholders to collect and reconcile business information.
- Support reporting automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Business Review & Presentation Support

- Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
- Support leadership with performance tracking and management reporting.
- Develop charts, summaries,



and visual analytics for leadership discussions.
- Ensure reporting outputs are qualified, accurate, and actionable.

Who You Are

- 13 years of experience in MIS, Reporting, Business Analytics, Sales Operations, or Data Management.
- Experience in real estate, sales analytics, or marketing reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Dashboards, and Data Analysis.
- Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and experience working with large datasets and management reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage deadlines effectively.
- Accurate, timely, and reliable MIS reporting.
- High levels of data integrity across systems and reports.
- Strong visibility into sales and marketing performance.
- Well-maintained dashboards that support informed decision-making.
