We are looking for an experienced and skilled Executive Sous Chef to oversee kitchen operations and maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene.
Requirements:
- Expertise in Chinese, Tandoor & Indian cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation and kitchen operations.
- Ability to manage kitchen staff and ensure smooth service.
- Good understanding of hygiene, food safety and quality standards.
- Relevant experience in a hotel or restaurant environment preferred.
