Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end billing activities for IP, connectivity, and related telecom services.

- Prepare and validate customer invoices based on contractual terms, tariffs, usage, and service orders.

- Review billing data for accuracy and identify discrepancies before invoice generation.

- Perform billing reconciliation between provisioning, usage, customer contracts, and billing systems.

- Coordinate with Finance, Sales, Operations, Provisioning, and Customer Service teams to resolve billing issues.

- Monitor recurring and one-time charges, credits, adjustments, and applicable taxes.

- Handle customer billing queries, disputes, and clarifications within defined timelines.

- Track outstanding billing issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.

- Support month-end and year-end billing closure activities.

- Prepare billing reports, MIS, reconciliation statements, and revenue-related reports.

- Identify billing errors, leakage, duplicate charges, and missed billing opportunities.

- Ensure timely activation, suspension, modification, and termination billing for services.

- Maintain accurate billing records and supporting documentation.

- Assist in audits by providing billing data, reconciliations, and required documentation.

- Support process improvements and automation initiatives to improve billing accuracy and efficiency.

- Ensure adherence to company policies,



billing procedures, SLAs, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Telecommunications, or a related field.

- 3–6 years of experience in telecom/IP billing, revenue assurance, invoicing, or related operations.

- Good understanding of IP/Internet connectivity services and telecom billing processes.

- Strong knowledge of billing reconciliation and invoice validation.

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic data analysis.

- Experience working with ERP, CRM, or telecom billing systems is preferred.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple billing activities and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in ISP, telecom, data center, or enterprise connectivity environments.

- Knowledge of services such as leased lines, MPLS, SD-WAN, broadband, IP transit, and other enterprise connectivity products.

- Exposure to revenue assurance and billing leakage identification.

- Experience handling large volumes of billing data and customer accounts.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
