Role Description : The Executive Recruiter (Target based/20k) is a full-time remote role responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for executive and senior-level positions. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting structured interviews, and presenting qualified talent to client organizations. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and advising on talent market trends.

track performance against targets, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality placements. This position requires a focus on meeting defined recruitment targets while maintaining a professional and candidate-centered approach.

Qualifications :

- Demonstrated experience in executive or senior-level recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Solid relationship-building and client management skills, with the ability to understand hiring needs and provide consultative support.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), professional networking platforms, and online sourcing tools.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Target-driven mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple roles, deadlines, and priorities in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics, reporting, and basic use of data to improve hiring outcomes.
- Previous experience in agency recruiting, HR consulting, or talent acquisition for diverse industries is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
