1 Primary Responsibility Supervising manufacturing and packing process of different stages such as polymer preparation, medicament preparation, casting process and primary and secondary packing process along with compliance of in-process parameters and activity to be performed as per given instructions.

2 Secondary Responsibility Supervising & ensuring area such as warehouse, finished goods store & secondary packing store.

3 Ensure & checked cleaning of entire manufacturing & packing process equipments, utensils and areas within a stipulated time as per SOP.

4 Ensure & checked the fogging or sanitization of entire production and packaging area and record in its respective log book or format as a doer.

5 Ensure & checked cleaning & disinfection preparation & its documentation as per SOP and recording in its format as a doer.

6 Preparation, destruction & recording of daily cleaning & disinfectant solution as a supervisor.

7 Following cGMP practices in the entire production and packing areas.

8 Upkeeping all kinds of status labels to be affixed according to its process & stage for area & equipments.

9 Recording of activity details in respective sequential logs contemporaneously.

10 Recording of environments i.e., Temperature,



% Relative Humidity & Differential Pressure in its respective log books or formats as per SOP.

11 Online document recording of area daily documents like log books, formats & records as per its SOP.

12 Online recording of BPR & BMR as per given instructions.

13 Ensure & checked daily documentation for warehouse, FG area,

secondary packing material store primary & secondary packaging area.

14 Upkeeping of all records of packing area in its designated place.

15 All time readiness of manufacturing and packing area for audits.

16 Ensure area arrangement in presentable manner.

17 Ensure preventive maintenance of equipments effectively as per schedule and perform cleaning of equipment after preventive maintenance.

18 Follow the safety rules and regulations of the machines & products while performing activity.

19 Attend the training programs required as per SOP, GMP, GDP, GLP and as per training plan and update their training records.

20 As and when required the training needs to be intimated to production head and senior.

21 Daily reporting to the reporting concern and follow instructions given by production head & seniors

Preferred candidate profile

Having 01-02 years of experience in formulation department along with warehouse.
