Type: Full time, 9:30 am - 6:30 pm, 10:30 am - 7:30pm

Working days - Monday to saturday with 2nd and 4th saturdays off.

Role Overview: To aggregate sales by managing client enquiries, preparing market data, and coordinating with internal teams. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in sales documentation, conducting follow-ups, and maintaining databases.

Qualifications: The candidate should be a Graduate in Pharmacy, Science, BA, Marketing, or related fields (a postgraduate is preferred) with 1–2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or BD for a pharmaceutical/API trading company.

- Requirements: ● knowledge of pharmaceutical raw materials, APIs, excipients, or formulations. ● Strong interest in sales,



client servicing, and market research. ● Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. ● Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Suite. ● Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Key Responsibilities ● Operate the ACE ERP system, including tagging and managing enquiries. ● Develop and prepare current market data; ● Client servicing: send introductions and follow up with clients, and support in managing existing client enquiries. ● Coordinate and work effectively with the existing team as per assigned tasks.
